Yes, Laurciden, the pellets. This is the 'top' brand of it.
Certainly not a 'wow' treatment over here, but can help with yeast.
I suppose if you never have incorporated coconut oil in your diet, which many people have now because of the news worthy health benefits,
then it may pack more of a punch. We've been using organic coconut oil in this house tho for 3-4 years.

I think its a great supplement. Before being dx with lyme I had a doc recommend it for cfs. It does help not sure how. Ex. I had this rash on my legs and withing 2 days after taking the capsule it was completely gone.

I have been using it, two scoops a day, for about 6 months. I bought a big tub of "The Ultimate Monolaurin." For me, I have not seen a significant improvement however when my practitioner tested me for it using ART, it came back strong as something I should use.
Seems that my pathways have been pretty block and that as I open up the pathways this will do more good. It is easy to take and certainly has a lot of testimonials but for me it will continue as a good secondary supplement.
All the Best, MattH
