A few days ago did some blood work and my liver enzymes were moderately elevated - both were just under 100 - I have been on alinia 2x a day , also some herbals , recently did a few diff parasite drugs as well , I did however have a few beers about 2 weeks prior to my blood work - any thoughts on why they are elevated ? Doc wants to recheck in 2 weeks and also run a hepatitis panel as well - this is causing me great worries ! I am a hypochondriac as well and will not sleep until I recheck my blood in the hopes that it goes back to normal!

Mine are always elevated. I was told it's to be expected while on treatment. Milk thistle or NAC should help.

Milk thistle is what I used during treatment. Never had an issue with my enzymes.

Lenny, it's most likely nothing to lose sleep over, but do stay on top of things and take good care of yourself!

asaf917,

Before I saw your post here,

I just posted for you a "starter's kit" of sorts with lots of liver support detail, LL ND links, etc. over at your other thread here. Anyone else free to take a look as well:
