Just diagnosed last month. I have tinging (which I noticed a post that they refer to this as paralysis-like is that true?) that feels like their falling asleep constantly in my arms and my legs down to my feet/toes. I only have the goose-like bumps on my legs but on my arms and legs have mottled vein look which is ugly looking and heaviness in my legs and arms, r anyone else have these vein problems.

The tingling sensation that you describe is not uncommon with lyme. Hope you are getting aggressive treatment.

I have tingling sensations in my hands and feet and lips, but not the numbness you are describing. That post that you described, regarding paralysis, I think they may have been referring to tingling as parasthesia, not paralysis. Parasthesia is the medical term for tingling/numbness/burning and other weird skin sensations.

I have never heard of the tingling evolving into paralysis, so I wouldn't worry to much about that, but of course your LLMD would be the best person to confirm that with.

Take care!
