Hi Everyone,
I believe I am at a point of taking payments for the Lyme awareness products. Here are the definite prices and products:
T-Shirts (black or white) - $18 each (available in youth small, medium, and large and adult small, medium, large, and extra large)
Sweatshirts (black) - $38 each (available in youth small, medium, and large and adult small, medium, large, and extra large)
The other products have not had very much interest, except tank tops which would be black and cost $18 each and available in all adult sizes. The above prices do not include shipping, which will be a small additional charge.
If you are interested in any of these products (or any others that were discussed), please e-mail me and let me know how many and what size(s). I will then e-mail you back with payment amount and where to send the money. I can take checks, money orders, or credit cards (through pay pal), whatever works best for you. When you e-mail me, please let me know which method you plan to use to pay for your order.
I will be placing the order for the products early next week, so I need all orders to be in by Monday April 4th. I will most likely order one or two extra shirts, in case there is interest after the fact, but don't count on them being available!

Hi Everyone,
There's a small change in plans about the t-shirts. Instead of me ordering a whole bunch, I've created a number of designs through Zazzle. You can go and look at the designs and order t-shirts, sweatshirts, or other clothing right through there without me having to figure out how many to order. I've created 4 different designs like the one I was planning on ordering through the other company - "Lyme Disease Sucks", "Ticked Off About Lyme Disease", "Lyme Disease Ticks Me Off", and "Got Lyme?". They all have the same back as the other ones - Learn About Lyme Disease www.lymeinfo.net
You can order the products in a number of different colors but unfortunately black is not an option - sorry. I just think this will work out much better and take the stress off of me organizing the whole thing.
To go to my designs, go to www.zazzle.com, click on "contributors", and search for "Lyme Disease". My name on there is lymie7482. You can see those 4 designs plus two I've made for the Lyme Out Retreats. Feel free to make suggestions to me and I'd be happy to design one to your specifications.

Hi Everyone,
Sorry to keep doing this, but I'm changing my mind a little bit. Follow the directions in the last post if you'd like a light colored t-shirt (or there's also grey available). The only thing I've decided I WILL order and then disperse are the black t-shirts, since black t-shirts are not available through zazzle.
So, if you told me you want a black t-shirt, e-mail me ([email protected]) and I'll give you the payment info. If you wanted one of the other products, you can try to get them through zazzle. T-shirts, long sleeved shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, and various other clothing products are available.

The Lyme Out design was drawn by one of the participants - Laurie.
So that you all know, when you buy one of my products through Zazzle, Lyme Out gets 10% of the sale as comission. So, by buying through there you're supporting the retreats!

The designs are all shown on a white background. Go to the "Ticked Off About Lyme Disease" design, click on it, and then when you get to the next screen you can choose the color you want.

PLEASE e-mail me asap or go to the fundraiser section of the Lyme Out Website (click here) to place an order with pay pal. I will be placing the order for the t-shirts on Tuesday April 5th so I need a definite number and as many payments as possible by then.
