My son as many of you know has been on meds for lyme and bartonella with Dr. J. He has been really really healthy now since end of march. HE is only on Zith now once a day per his doctor.

Today he wakes up saying his neck and head hurt and his temp is 100.

Am I being paranoid that he got another tick bite? I swear I cant take it. I check and check constantly and put spray (health food store stuff) on him and make him take baths constantly.

I dont want to over react but you guys know where Im coming from.

My daughter and I are still battling this.

What do you all think?

pattiecake,

Call dr. J and see what he thinks. Try the epsom salt bath and then peroxide.

He hopefully just has a little kid disease/virus--but I know you are worried.

stay strong, L

We had something like this a couple of weeks ago, we started with the runny nose stuff a few days later. I ended up with a secondary infection and had to switch abx to kick it.

Checking with the doc is always good.

I, who haven't had the neck pain/headache thing in months did have a flare during April. go figure.
