I just started Diflucam 200mg. once a day for yeast in digestive system. I felt yucky all day, tummy gurgly, nausea, mild diarrhea and fatigue.

Also, it just feels irritated like when I take an anti-inflammatory. Tried Zantac, had to resort to phenergan by evening.

Does it get better after several days or worse? My Dr. wants me to stay on at least 2 weeks. I am taking lots of Probiotics.Any suggestions?

It will get better. You are probably experiencing yeast "die off". If you will follow a strict anti-yeast diet, you will feel better rather quickly.
