Do you mean like every time you swallow your ears click? Mine have been doing it since I was a teenager (long, long time ago). I always wondered what caused it but now I know its the lyme.
I've only been in treatment 4 months so its still there.

Yes, everytime I swallow, I have one ear that pops - gets worse at times but always there since 1997. Hope it improves with treatment more as a good sign than anything.

Mine pop but mostly they "crackle" when I open my mouth real wide like to yawn or something. Very annoying sometimes I know.

Scot, yes, my ears have popped and crackled for years. Some times it feels like a popping noise in right ear. Then other times it sounds like a crackling noise in one or both ears. I've only recently decided it must be the Lyme.
I've only been in treatment for about two months and have noticed the sounds aren't quite as often or as bad.

It's all part of Lyme plus the other toxicities that you may or may not be aware of. It would be a gross misstatement to say it was just Lyme that causes it.
Once you get all toxins under control a bit better, I am sure you will be free of this symptom as of others that are unpleasant.
Be a patient patient and relaxed one, if you can. That really helps.
Enjoy Christmas!
Take care.
