For the first time in months my son said to me I feel pretty good today. I couldn't of asked for a better christmas present. He has been on treatment for about 3 weeks and we are seeing improvement. We caught it early and think we are on the right track. Thanks to all of your help on here we are on the right path. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! [Big Grin]

Amy,

WHOOPIE! So happy for your son & your family that it was caught EARLY! We are all envious of your son.

Glad you have learned a lot here as we all have, and found the SUPPORT you needed.

Great news Mom. The stories I've read here about children with this awful disease just breaks my heart.

Keep up the good work. Remember he needs to stay with abx until he is symptom free for at least two months. Much easier to accomplish with younger ones when it is caught early.

Take care, Pam

Hi,

Happy to hear such wonderful news, God Bless Your Boy!

Please DO NOT STOP TAKING THE MEDS UNTIL SYMPTOMO FREE FOR TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!

In the begining after taking meds, you do feel better, but the herx may be there waiting, so be careful.
