I know this has been discussed numberous times......
I had to start driving to work again....and it is really tough. Halfway thru the ride my legs feel like they arent there, and everytime i hit a bump i get a fluttery feeling in my chest....ive been out of the car an hour and still feel very sick from the drive.
I just wish there was a way i could stay home lock myself in a room and get better......instead of pushing myself further into pit of no return.
So, my question is, is this my nuero response....or do i have some terminal illness?? Im really starting to doubt i have lyme.

cant,
it's lyme (imo) and it s**ks! driving is not what it used to be and like most of the symptoms, it varies from day to day. it may not always be that bad.
it's great that you are back to work, however!!
feel better and take it as slow as you need to

Driving is unbeleivably tough. It is so hard to do when you are uncomfortable and feeling dizzy and nauseous.
The worst part for me was when I HAD chronic pain in my hands, knees and feet. Or when I could hardly hold my own head up.
I used to lean my head on the head rest, couldn't grip the stearing wheel(rest my arms in side the wheel) and concentrate on not being dizzy. DRIVING WAS HELL!
There have been days I just couldn't drive. There are many who haven't driven in a while.
Keep a log of symptoms daily. You'll be surprised in a few months when you read over you wrote.
I've come a long way in a year. You can too.
Hope you get some relief soon.

Thanks Heather,
I used to keep a list of symptoms then this month i gave up. I was just too sick to keep track...but i do know i only had a few.......for the few symptoms i did have i felt terrible.
Driving is where it all started with me, when i had my first attack......i havent been the same since then.
thanks for the encouragement.
