I reread everything once i calmed down a bit and i really wish the ducks would explain this stuff or give reasons why this appear like they do.

Ive had urinalysis done in the past, but never saw a report like this one. It has pics on it.

The dianosis is - negative for malignant cells or dysplasia. Urothellial fragements noted. See comment. Non calcified concretions consistent with microourolithiasis. Abundant squamous epithellium.

cannot rule otu vaginal contamitation. Crystalluria. Ketonuria.

Comments: urothlelia fragments in voided urine may be associated with instrumentaion, lithaiasis, or inflamation. In the abscense in one of these further urologic investigation should be concidered.

Microscopic description- bacround slightly dirty, calullarity- many

PH-5
Ketone 50
blood 10- range <5ery/ul
all else normal

Non specific findings

Inflammatory/10HPFs
neutrophils 10
crystals
uric acid, calcium oxylate

concretions
non calcified

i guess i will try researching some of it online......it really is too bad we cant trust the ducks.

Thanks so much heather....what a great picture!!!!

it made me laugh.

Duck said that blood was in the urine so they sent for a culture and nothing grew.

The went quacking away. I mentioned lyme and the NP duckling said what do you treat that with!!! I said abx so i have to stop because of the stupid yeast!! [bonk]

hmmmmm good point......im reading up on this and also the inflamation that was detected.

ducks are good at ignoring things they dont want to deal with......they wont look further then their beaks!!

whats odd is that when they gyn NP checks the urine it shows WBC yet the urinalysis never shows it.

its crazy. even crazier i was told on the phone that the results were OK. To me OK, is nothing showing up.

As the mother of a little girl born with kidney disease and concurrent UTI problems ( chronic UTI's) , neurogenic bladder, not to mention a zillion surgeries, void and cystoscopies as well as cytoscopies I've had to hold her down to have

since she was a new born to this age of 8...

I got two questions. Im not a medical doctor but WOW..

First.. have you had a scope done lately?
And are you on a low carb diet? That can cause ketones and acidosis to show up..

I hope they figure this out for you soon. My daughter's reports haven't come back as bad as yours unless you count when she was first born ( and she was a MESS).. couldn't pee.. no bladder opening, the entire gestation.

thanks crimeoflyme-

i have a scope/hydro scheduled for next week...and im so scared of it.

Now im fearing kidney stones...and everything else kidney related.

I am on the low carb diet. but i just dunno.

the bladder has been bothering me since October.

Is your daughter better then she once was?

I guess if she had the procedures done I will be ok with mine. Im just having a tough time with it.

Cant,
She's doing MUCH better. Much, thank god. She finally just had her last surgery performed ( hopefully). ITs been 8 years of those suckers.
She had ureter plastic implants because they collapsed and sent all the urine up into her kidneys, which put her in failure more than once.

She has a stent on the inside for dialysis ( just in case) because the kidneys are shot. A bladder neck was implanted because the base of it is VERY weak and she was peeing herself on laughing or sneezing.

And she now has a vesticostomy again ( bladder pulled out through her belly button) and illeostomy ( intestine pulled out on the other side of her belly button)

So she, I and my boyfriend , we just put straight caths into the openings and she gets ALL the urine out and all the stool too at once ( its like a built in enema).. so finally, she has great relief.

She goes on monday for a void and cystiogrammy. her scopes, now, they have done those while she was under. Are they putting you under? I do know that her last scope she had

she bled ALOT. I don't know what he did different, but my god, the child bled for three days and had to wear panty liners. But it didn't hurt she said afterwards, she just freaked when she saw blood.

I do wonder what is going on with you. Your results resemble her when she was in the worst shape. But granted, this was due to a very severe and rare birth defect, but still...

I hope they figure this out soon for you.

yea im a bit worried the NP didnt even discuss my results.

they are going to put me under but im still very scared.

of course i just did more research and it said it could be due to diabetes.

this morning i feel so sick......my left finger is numb....its bad.

my guess is lyme or babs is attacking me hard or maybe something else.

im glad that your daughter is doing better, gosh i cant imagine bladder problems at a young age...im practically dying each day.
