I keep hearing about all these expenses that go on and on and on and with insurance not covering N.D.'s that are often Lyme Doctors, how have some of you found to get past an insurance company (I have Medco) or how are you able to afford the true treatment needed?

As for personal experience... I use pharmaceutical companys' Patient Assistance Programs, when ever I can, to get meds or ask my docs for samples. Some of those programs are available to you even if you have insurance. Never hurts to ask.
I hope this helps somewhat.
