Accidentally dumped too much Vit C powder in my drink...was going to throw it out-forgot to throw it out- and drank all of it. It must be like 6000mgs or something. What is this going to do to me ?

You'll get bad diarrhea, and probably an acidic upset stomach -- that is almost a guarantee. The body can flush vit C out quite effectively, thankfully.
You may herx from this, too -- I've heard that can happen. I'd suggest you drink a lot of water in the mean time, and avoid anything acidic in your belly.

If you have any candida problems it could flush out some of the yeast. The first time hubby had a candida rash on his groin was after doing a vitamin C flush.
If you get diarrhea from this it should clear up within a day or two at the most. Vitamin C is used up or flushed out very quickly.
