I have been drinking tonic water as you suggested for hydration and for the quinine.

Not sure if you can answer this, but I just bought a portable sauna. I have to hydrate before, during and after sauna'ing.

Any idea if I can continue to drink the tonic water to do so, or do you think I should stick with standard h2o?

Just wondering if I drink this continuously if the heat would help the quinine get into my system faster for more healing?

Thanks!

I know that Tonic water has quinine in it, and that is good for babs..... But it also has alot of sugar in it. At least from the ones I read, unless you found some that didn't.

But most brands that I read had about 17grams. If you want to drink it once in a while that would probably be fine but I know I couldn't tolerate that much sugar in one day.

What I do before going into my sauna is drink water with lemon to help with detoxifying. And I take Chorella about a half hour to an hour before going in to help bind the heavy metals.

Hey Poor

I have no clue about the sauna --
sweating is usually good tho--

I drink the Diet Tonic Water-

I have been drinking 1 to 3 liters
of Tonic Water Daily--

It Definatly Helps--and does not have
any bad side effects except the Taste
and the Herx you will have --

Drink Lots of water or Tea--
I drink 2 to 3 gallons a day of tea--
The more the better---

I have my candida under control so I
am able to add some sugar and milk
so that it taste good --

so that I drink More --

Adding Lemon juice to whatever is
good unless you are taking cyclines
-Doxi-Mino--

Any type or amount of citrus while
taking cyclines can cause Bad
Sun Burn reaction (Photo Toxic)

It can be Very Serious --

Cranberries will cause same effect-

Drinking Lots of tea is on my
top 10 things that have helped me
get better--Jay--

Hey Jay,

I have never seen the diet Tonic water. What is the sweetener in it? Or is it completely unsweetened?

Just curious, but I won't drink anything with aspartame in it. And I try not to consume Splenda either.

And I have been drinking lemon water and take Vitamin C for some time and I'm on Mino. It has not effected me that way at all. But maybe its because of the low doses I'm on. Hmm, interesting.

Thamks,
Lisi
