What are peoples experience with the effectiveness of the above items. I am deciding between the 2 of which to take. I have been on heparin in the past and my new LLMD does not believe in it. Thanks, Nikki

I started nattokinase about 2 months ago when they could not get any blood out of my veins due that it was so gunked up - they did a fibrinogen test and it confirmed the thickness was way over the top.

My homeopath muslce tested me an I started 8 pills a day of the Nattokinase made by wobenzyme. After a week my blood improved dramatically. now only 4 to 6 pills a day.

Pick one. If it doesn't work, go to the next.

Lumbrokinase is considered to be better than natto. I take lumbro because the natto caused me terrible stomach distress.

I think natto made from soy. I now avoid soy because of that experience.

I was just looking into Nattokinase today...I have an allergy to soy and have been advised to stay away from it, so am looking for an alternative. Does anyone know if lumbrokinase or Rechts regulat are also from soy?

Where is the best place to purchase one of these?

Thanks,
Pam

Yes, nattokinase is from fermented soybeans. What is Lumbrokinase derived from?

Can you buy Rechts reg. in a health food store?

Antithrombogenicity of lumbrokinase-immobilized polyurethane.Ryu GH, Park S, Kim M, Han DK, Kim YH, Min B.
Department of Biomedical Engineering, College of Medicine, Seoul National University, Korea.

Lumbrokinase is a potent fibrinolytic enzyme purified from the earthworm, Lumbricus rubellus. We immobilized 18 IU/cm2 of lumbrokinase to polyurethane using maleic anhydride methylvinyl ether copolymer (MAMEC) as an enzyme carrier, and the proteolytic and fibrinolytic activities of immobilized lumbrokinase were assayed. Immobilized lumbrokinase retained about 34% of its activity, compared with soluble lumbrokinase activity. Immobilized lumbrokinase showed stability against thermal inactivation and degradation and within a various pH range. The optimal pH of immobilized lumbrokinase shifted 1.0 pH unit upward compared with soluble enzyme. Upon exposure to the human whole blood, less amount of 125I-fibrinogen was adsorbed to lumbrokinase-immobilized surface than to the polyurethane control surface. The lumbrokinase-immobilized surface showed less platelet adhesion than did the MAMEC-grafted surface. At the early stage of platelet adhesion, the number of adhered platelets increased on the lumbrokinase-immobilized surface with increasing time; yet, the platelet number drastically decreased on the lumbrokinase-immobilized surface after 80 min incubation. This suggests that lumbrokinase-immobilized polyurethane digested the adsorbed fibrinogen and inhibited platelet adhesion on the surface, probably by inhibiting fibrinogen adsorption to be highly antithrombogenic. Clinical applications of this material to artificial organs should be developed in the near future.

The best lumbrokinase is from Boluoke.

Thanks for the info everyone. It looks like Rechts Regulat has soybeans as one of the ingredients - darn!

Where do you buy the Lumbrokinase?

Lymetoo,

Is there a blood test for the Boluoke that shows that it thins your blood? I have to have a PTT every month now because I'm on Heparin.

My Internist has me on Heparin because I have Factor 5 Leiden. My Lyme doctor wants me on it too. At some point I'd like to try Boluoke instead of the Heparin. My doctor here isn't going to want me to switch unless there is a test that proves that the Boluoke really works.

Thanks,
Kathy

Thanks for all of your help! I ordered the Rechts Regulat yesterday but they are backordered through biopure. Is there another place to buy the Rechts Regulat that may not be backordered? I will use the natto until the rechts comes. -Nikki
