Hi- I'm on rifampin and levaquin (both for about 3 weeks) and doing OK. Maybe some slight improvement but hard to tell. I'm wondering of others on this combo how you've done? I'm dealing with a nasty case of neuro Bartonella which is why we're doing both rifampin and levaquin. Thanks for your experiences - please no horror stories.

I started Levaquin 5 weeks ago. I felt horrible for most of that time and just a couple days ago started feeling somewhat better. I still have two months to go, then I'll most likely start rifampin.
My cognitive issues flared badly the first couple weeks.
