Two ounces of the best mangosteen equal 3 cups of green tea. Mangosteen contains polyphenols, sterols, polysaccarides, xanthones, catechins, pycnogenol and more.
But I drink green tea too. I just brew one bag of green tea and one bag of black tea together. More flavor that way!

The best green teas are buying the actual leaves and steeping the water with the leaves. Not the bags, and not even the ground up loose leaves.
This is what is actually used in the Asian countries that drink green tea. The boxes will usually not be in English, but in Korean or Japanese most likely.
I'm guessing you can't get this decaf though, since it's completely unprocessed. If you buy a black or green tea that is decaf, it has been processed to remove the tea. I would at least try to go for an organic tea, and probably a loose leaf that you can put more tea in then just a bag.

I buy loose organic green tea from the health food store. I steep it with mint leave so that its tasty. I personally hate the taste of green tea. I also take TeGreen from phamanex which is equivalent to 8 cups of green tea.

Xango is the strongest. But I can't drink it 'cause it causes me a bad headache. So I drink Ultra and get a high, healthy eyes, and intestinal regularity. There are lots of juice brands out there. We have never done a poll to ask if anyone has actually received symptomatic relief drinking other brands. My second choice is mango-xan.
BTW, I have never noticed any obvious benefits from drinking green tea. I just know it's good for us.
