Please PM me if any1 knows if Columbia university's new center does a good job of diagnosis. I say this as my family probably would not believe a single doc but would believe a large institution. thank you, JL

Columbia took 10 vials of blood or so from me. My history with the physician took about 3 hours. I liked the fact that they did not automatically assume that my problems were Lyme, but are checking other things out as well. They seem very thorough.
On the downside, it takes 1-2 months to get an appointment, and 1-2 months to get the results. And, it was $4100 for the consultation, plus the lab work. And, some insurance won't cover it.
Good luck with your diagnosis.

thanks for the advice. Wow thats a long time to wait. If you don't mind me asking, what other tests did they give you to rule out other problems?
thanks, JL

I don't remember the whole list, and I forgot to get a copy. When I get my report back, I'll post for you. Lots of it was the basics, and of course the Lyme and co-infections battery.
