Has anyone experienced this...?

I would think it was heartburn but it happens everywhere: my chest, legs, arms, head, everywhere. It's just like a burning sensation.

I don't know if it's some sort of herx? Maybe all the toxins that are floating around my body are running into some nerves?

I just started mino a week ago and have been herxing pretty bad.

I guess this is a good thing, but it's kind of freaking me out. I also sometimes get the chills from it. I feel like I'm burning inside and the outside of me is freezing.

I also feel like the inside of me is burning and the outside of me is freezing!

I get the chills a lot where my teeth are chattering.

I have terrible burning inside my body mostly all the time.

Did you have tHis before the mino? Sometimes I think it could be the toxins but burning was my major symptom when I started feeling sick one year ago.

I would try de-toxing like saunas and epsom salt, hydrogen peroxide warm/hot baths and see if it relieves your pain at all.

It helps me when I am in the bath. Just bundle
up when you get out.

Have you been treated for babs? I had similar symptoms when I had babesia. Chills, fevers, sweats, and yes, the burning sensations are all classic babs symptoms.

Feel better.

Hey Lauren:

My symptoms started with the burning sensation throughout my body and in my guts.

It happened several times in the months of February and March at night while sleeping. After it happened my body was jittery big time and my adrenaline level went through the roof.

In the weeks to come after my body began to ache starting in my shoulder blade area and than it began to spread to the rest of my body up to today. I don't get the complete burning sensation but I do get burning muscular aching in my back.

I tested indeterminate for Lyme's twice in the past six month and negative for erlichiosis.

Never tested for babesia or bartonella. I do think what I feel is related to tick bites as I live in NY and always come into contact with them.
I am cvurrently into 3rd week of doxy treatment 100mg/2x/day and do not notice a change.

Have you tested Positive fo Lyme's or related coinfections?

I don't know what I have but if it is Babesia, I don't think doxy will fight protozoa.

Anyone please comment on this.

Constant burning in my bones with pins and needles on my skin.

Bottom of my feet and arms burned the most at first, now my whole body.

I also get (very) temporary relief from hot baths and epsom salt. Soak as long as you can.

Also, get your B-12 checked. Low B-12 causes burning sensations. Check out the symptoms online. B-12 supplements helped at first, but now not working anymore.
