I don't know if my pupils just can't shut or my brain is eyes are just super sensitive, but it seems that light is always flooding into my eyes. Far too much of it and its annoying. It exacerbates my edgyness ten fold. Is this a coinfection? are my adrenals low? how do i check/ supplement?

Photophobia is a very common symptom. You may have localized (eyeball) inflammation and/or cerebral inflammation (meningitis/encephalitis). The photophobia generally improves with treatment.
I too had that for about 3 months or so. It made it tough to get around.
Look at the positive side, it's an opportunity and an excuse to get a really nice pair of sunglasses.

pinch me,
mine is EXTREME; read in my newbie package link below about NOIR, no infrared sunglasses, in different shades of letting light in!
i'd be lost without my reasonable sunglasses that they replace frequently for me!
