Im curious, does anyone else have elevated glucose levels since lyme?
Im not over weight, I exercise, eat right, but my levels have been creeping up since this started (I can look over past tests). I was in the low 90s two years ago, and now its around 110 (prediabetic). Ive got relatives that are diabetic (mother, sister), but didn't think it was a concern. Now Im starting to wonder.
Finally, would the increased glucose levels contribute to my anxiety flare ups..or is that just the lyme battle raging on? (ie: affecting my glucose levels, insulin workings, thyroid, etc).

Yes, I used to be very low, too. I used to be around 60 - 70 fasting. Then, around 110-130 fasting - for no apparent reason.
There have been several articles I've come across that link infection with diabetes.
This book speaks directly to how lyme and Cpn and other infections affect insulin levels, etc. - and not just in those who are heavy. He offers various suggestions for how to improve things but, ultimately, says treating the infection is vital and, in most cases, the problem resolves when the infection(s) resolve.
Still, along the way, attention must be paid. Lots of suggestions below.

Are your results fasting or non-fasting? My sugar is a little higher than I'd like it and I have been very lean and active my whole life. I'm sure that lyme plays a part as it can affect almost any body system. Plus it doesn't help that lyme tends to make us less active. That's another reason why maintaining a moderate exercise program is essential.
