My face gets really hot at times and my ears will feel like they are on fire and turn bright red. I dont get the cold sensations much except for my hands and feet are always ice cold.

This is my weirdest symptom.
I can be sweating from my chest up and have goose bumps on my legs, both at the same time, in a 70 degree room.
It's really a creepy feeling.

Heat in a specific area of the body is often caused by inflammation. It seems like the neck is a common site of inflammation in lyme patients.
You should have some success by working on inflammation in general.
Do a search here for anti-inflammatories.
Here are a few systemic anti-inflammatories: Avea - Mood, Liquid Extract, NutraMedix Bromelain Digestive enzymes on an empty stomach Feverfew Fish Oil Nattokinase Noni, NutraMedix Quercitin Rutin Serraflazyme (www.Serrapeptase.info) Turmeric
