I posted this is general support but thought i might get more responses here.
I recently was turned down for term life insurance due to "lymes diseases" (yes, the letter says "lymes" lol).
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has any advice on this subject and if you might have a recommendation for insurance companies that issue policies to lyme patients.
I know that there are no medical exam required policies I can get but these seem to be for much smaller amounts and much higher premiums (although I will go this route if there is no alternative).
Thanks so much for any help.

You should see a non LLMD. Tell them you had lyme and you'd like a letter stating that the infection is gone based on the 14 days of doxy treatment.
According to 95% of the doctors if you're on doxy for 14 days you're CURED! That would be the way around it.
If they still won't cover you, sue them or have your insurnace company send you a letter stating that your in "good" medical standing or something.
These people are a$$holes.
