I get these all the time. Behind eyes and forehead. Curious if it's more bart or babs.

I have not heard of this area specifically being associated with babesia. I want to say it is more bartonella, or Lyme.
Then again, there are a lot of things that can cause headaches, like hormone levels, blood pressure issues, etc....so unless they correlate with herxes, it might be hard to know.

That is a good question. I get that kind of headache too.
I get other kinds of headaches too, but the one that you described is the kind that lingers the longest with me.

This is exactly the same kind of headache I get. My guess would be bart or lyme.

Is it really painful if you press between the bone and the top of your eye? For me, it means my intracranial pressure is high. I take Diamox to reduce the pressure.

Inflammation from the infections?
Some people say Wobenzym, something like 6 tabs on an empty stomach, helps their headaches. The cheapest place I know of is www.vitacost.com. (be careful if you are prone to over-bleeding though....this can thin your blood).
Also, I don't *know* that it is not babesia, but I was just saying that from what I have read, babesia doesn't jump out at me as a cause. In general babs can cause headaches (probably anywhere), but it isn't especially associated with that area.
In "The Lyme Disease Solution," Dr. S says BARTONELLA causes, "headaches, especially frontal (often confused with sinus) or on top of the head."
So since yours is behind your eyes...that is where the sinus ones are frequently. I think Bart or Lyme is more likely. Something to be aware of.

I've had these headaches for years. I've always considered them to be fairly classic migraines. I've had a difficult time treating them. A remedy might kinda sorta work and then it stops working. An isolation chamber would help.

Also wanted to add, my headache is not a migrain type with severe pain; it is more of a constant dull headache that never ends. Does anyone have this type?

Yes, mine are the same - the "everlasting" kind..dull, frontal, as Hoosiers said feels like I have an ongoing sinus infection... I've never read "The Lyme Disease Solution" (can't absorb anything right now) so thx for bringing it up Hoosiers..

I also have/had this type of headache. It's much better now and I don't have it as often (I'm now 25 years old), but while I was in high school I had this type of headache every SINGLE day.
It was always located behind my right eye, in my right temple, ALWAYS. It never changed places or moved. It was always located in that ONE area. Not necessarily like migraine type of headache, but it was dull pressure and pain (like sinus headache/pressure type) that would never abate. It was awful. And I even went to the doctor about it and she did absolutely nothing. No MRI or anything. She told me to take 3 or 4 Ibuprofen a day. That's ALL she said. You'd have thought she'd be more concerned when I had this headache DAILY for years on end.
It has gotten so much better. I rarely get headaches anymore. If I do they are a little different and I've noticed they come on if it's hot and muggy outside and I'm walking around in it. Then the sinus pressure starts at the top of my head and sometimes forehead area (which is somewhat of a different location than it used to be).
As to what TBD causes this -- I really have no idea.

I had severe orbital pain for years until I treated bart.
I also detoxed with glutathione IV, to help eliminate the toxins that were contributing to my headaches.
