What have you been tested for so far?
Are you seeing an LLMD?
Are you on any medications/supplements?
You said you had an endoscopy; have they done a colonoscopy as well?
Chills and night sweats to me sound like babesia; have you been tested for that?

Sounds like a bad herx to me. I had to stop everything for a week. Nite temps of 100 felt like
it was 103. Symptoms stopped and was able to restart with no complications or symptoms.

Is it possible you might have caught a virus recently, or more specifically, the flu?
You really need to make sure you are keeping VERY hydrated and getting plenty of potassium and other key minerals. As you know these kind of symptoms can really deplete you and cause you to go into dehydration or harm your kidneys, etc.
If I were you I would go in to a walk-in clinic or your GP and insist on a flu test etc., and maybe even check for possible food-borne pathogen.
If it is Lyme or co-infections, are you currently under the care of an LLMD and on antibiotic and/or antiviral treatment?
Also, please be sure to take plenty of good probiotics - they will help your intestinal flora return to normal.
