I would like to know how much green tea it takes to boost antibiotics. 1 cup a day, 6 cups, 10. Or does it need to be taken in capsule form to get this effect?
According to the above article, small amounts work, but it doesn't specify what a small amount is.

Green tea doesn't help all antibiotics work better. It will help things like cephalosporans and penicillins work better. So Ceftin, Omnicef, Amoxicillin, etc.

So if you're taking Ceftin and you start drinking green tea, would you experience a herx potentially?
