I was told that mine is very high too but we have a lot of iron in the water so I don't worry about it. I think too much iron causes copper to not be absorbed well so you may need to supplement copper and zinc (they need to be balanced).

Well, you have to worry about it because too much iron is not good for the body. Just keep an eye on it. If you were supplementing heavily it may have spiked. If not, you may want to rule out hemochromatosis...

It's a balancing act...too little is no good either.

i was just coming back to post, because i was told that i am retaining IRON, which is not good, at one point last year april, it was over 900, i was told the only way to get rid of it, was to donate blood, and that is exactly what i did, i think i was told this is from my family bloodline.or maybe it came back negative for family bloodline.

now the blood bank will not stop calling my house, i dont want to just gave blood...i was on a mission, sorry...i also found a blood dr that can take it out if it get real bad,

he claims that the 400 that i came to him with was not that bad, he said has seen in the thousands. i dont care.. i dont want mine to be over what it suppose to be. under 200

i went to the blood dr, he drew blood, and is monitoring it, at that time it when down to 300, then recently it was down to 165, and how its up again... and yes, i was just saying im taking to much darn pills.

in every part of my bedroom in each corner there are about 15 pills sitting. i will stop for a long while, i'll continued only multi and b complex also magneium and zinc that it. until i check my blood work again...

i have a script, my lab work will be done in the middle of april ferrintin is on the script.. i am going to to give it time and see if it drop, after stopping these pills

Watch out. High Ferritin can be a sign of inflammation too.

I would have my copper checked just to be sure its

not Wilson's, it will leave a copper penny looking

ring in the iris, but my RBC and Hemoglobins went out

the roof when I started treatment.
