Hi all,
is cramps, bloating a part of bart?

I have this every so often and not sure if it's from the food (spicey) or is it just the bart?

Any advice would be great. [confused]

Bloating and cramps are signs of many things.

Lyme and Co. screw up a bunch of bodily functions.

Watch your diet, probiotics....

This also could be part of the side effect from the abx......

I would rec. asking your LLMD and keep a record of what you are taking and what you are eating and when it happens.

I get it a lot from the abx I take, no matter how much probiotics I take. For me, I figure it's just one of those things I'm living with.

I also have hypothyroid in which this could be caused by that too...

who knows! lol

It was Bart for me. For sure.

Took me awhile to realize.

I've treated with cryptolepis and red root tincture and have responded very well. (also knotweed and boneset tea... but it wasn't until i added cryptolepis that I made huge improvements)
