Does anyone know if this should be taken on an empty stomach?

This is my understanding of Olive Leaf Extract It is not recommended to take the extract on an empty stomach as it may cause nausea, so take it with or after meals.

Each person has their own preferred method of taking their extract.

Thanks for all the responses! I did actually take it without food (before reading all of this) and didn't notice anything. But my stomach is pretty messed up right now, so perhaps I've just been desensitized. I'll try the food approach next.

My doc recommended to take it on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meal. It did not bother my stomach.

btw - after following another thread here, I heard people raving about the Seagate brand of Olive Leaf Extr. I found a website that was selling 2 for 1. I herxed on this brand. But not on the others I've tried. I think it is superior. The manufacturer sounds impressive on how they go about making their products.

Best to you,
Tammy
