I have had and still have some of those symptoms you describe. Stiff, twitches, legs giving out, paralysis waist down but not periodic.
I have "neuro" lyme and other co infections.
IMO lyme is a possibility. But I am not a doctor.
Diagnois for lyme is clinical...by symptoms and history and then by testing but you must have a "lyme literate" practioner do it.
Uneducated docs (or worse, oppositional) are legion in the arena of lyme and co infections.
I had so many symptoms that I did not recognize were even part of it until the diagnotic interview on my second bite/infection and also reading on here.
You are so focused on some of the symptoms you don't even realize some of the rest. I mean I didn't.
MD or ND or NP. Find one near you on "Seeking a Doctor". They have to be able to Rx. In my state an ND can Rx antibiotics.
