i have always been on the fence with this probiotic because i have really bad yeast issues.from reading,i see there is mixed reviews on sacch boulardi.i have read how good it is but some say it is not a good idea if you have yeast problems.others say its a beneficial yeast and makes them better.i just wanted to know anyone thoughts on sachh boulardi.also i am having big issues with detox.the only thing that works well are enemas which cause rebound constipation in me.so i feel better initially but have to deal with the rebound.what is the best detox supp without constipation.

I personally did not do well with this supplement. I don't know though if I'm the exception or the rule.
