I do herbal teas and about 2 hrs. Later I take supplements. For me, probiotics was the last thing before bed. Not sure but that's what I do.

Thanks Putnam.

It's now gotten more complicated w/ the herb extracts that can't be taken together and the Lumbrokinase.

I am desperate for advice to ensure I am taking these properly.

Concerned that you may not be taking a multi-vitamin? Assuming high-quality bio-available, multi is more important than all the add-ons.

Take:
- Multi with a meal. Usually w/ lunch because minerals can interfere with abx.

- CoQ10 Ubiquinol, Vit D3, Krill Oil all at the start of a meal since they are fat-soluble. My LLMD said take Vit D3 w/largest meal of the day for best bioavailability.

- Chelated Magnesium in divided doses throughout the day, but not within 2 hrs of abx since it's a mineral.

- Ester C in divided doses throughout the day since it's water soluble and must be replenished. Best formulated with bioflavanoids.

- Zinc Picolinate at the end of a meal to avoid stomach upset.

- Florastor (twice daily) anytime you're sure not to skip it. Vital.

- Ultimate 10 50 billion ct. Probiotic (once daily) After lunch or in the evening.

Can't comment on your other supps.
