Randi,

Abdominal pain and diarrhea are usually from dieoff. The pics are absolutely for real and most if not all of us are harboring parasites.

Sixgoofykids has reported seeing a lot of parasites pictured as I have. I have had great results staying on antiparasitics and they are pushing me towards remission.

The KEY is persistence. Rotating to other antiparasitic herbs is also a good idea. I hope they help you.

Yes, that sure sounds like dieoff.

Each of my cleanses was different. With one I had a day of what felt like food poisoning - but I went right back on (after one day off) and proceeded to the end. I was terrified that I was going to see worms "coming up" "Going out" is bad enough!

The first few cleanses made me slightly ill (flu like) every day. If it gets to be too much you can stop entirely for a day and then do one pill x 2. If you still have die off from one pill then I think you are killing stuff. If you can work your way up to the full dose then that's great, too.

Happy cleansing! Each one should get easier for you as long as you keep it up and do something "in between"
