Hi, I've been having new bothersome symptoms for awhile lately and they are getting worse. (currently taking amox & cipro)
I realize that I went from working out 4-5 times a week before getting sick to 0 workouts. I have worked up to walking 1-2 miles most days but poops me out!
Symptoms: On the insides of both knees, maybe about 8 inches long and 3-4 wide or wider I am very puffy with slightly pink skin. In the warm/hot shower it turns red. It is "dimply". Asked primary if it was fat or water retention and he said fat (well not in so many words)! I was happy it wasn't water, but I'm not so sure fat would be turning red in the shower.
Next, above my knees the skin has a weird feeling underneath, like a thickening. I've never had "tough" fat areas before.
Anyone??

Could it be tender nodules, which is a symptom of Bartonella?
