For those of you who did these shots, did you do them IM or SQ?

Mine were IM initially, but then I started having problems with pain (the needles were just too long for my wimpy muscles) so I then started using insulin needles and doing the shots SQ.
I think they tend to work better IM, though...

Intramuscular in my thighs, switchings legs with each injection...
If I had to do it all over again though, I'd monitor b12 levels as your going through with the injections..only saying this because now my b12 level is off the charts with a very high level!

Thanks. I do them IM but just remembered that one of my coworkers told me I should be doing them SQ. Funny thing is she told me this 2 weeks ago! But I just remembered now. Lol.

You may need to up your potassium as B12 is known to deplete potassium if you've been deficient in B12....Your body utilizes it to make new red blood cells....

Fuel, Methyl or Hydroxy only! I was told Cyan is a No-No. Sorry i don't have a link on it but my LLMD wouldnt use it.
I started with Hydroxy IM (Lymetoo is right....it lasts longer intramuscularly.
I am currently taking Methyl SQ. I believe it doesn't have to be converted like hydroxy. (Certainly not an expert on the subject)
