I started noticing it after i started having symptoms of lyme and bart

I always hear my stomach making odd noise every now and then whether hungry or being full.

How about you?Is this normal? I havnt had this before getting sick.

That is quite often candida/yeast. Are you staying away from sugar and white foods??

Yes im eating brown rice.

Is it possible to have yeast even before starting abx?

I had it before beginning treatment. Our immune systems get suppressed and the yeast can take over.

I would only eat brown rice twice a week. Not everyday.
