I've had the Babesia bouncing up and down, like on a boat forever it seems.
I've been on this new Candida diet Sugar free and Carb free, etc. for a week now.
I'm juicing 2 whole lemons a day to go in my water and just taking in tons of protein with some fruits and lots of veggies and lean organic meat.
So, lots of die off stuff going on and it's terrible.
But, today, I got that spinning Vertigo and I've never had that as a symptom before.
It came and went throughout the day and wondering if this is a die off symptom.
It would have to be I would think from feeling so god awful on this new diet, but I know the diet is good for me and I'm 99.9% sure I'm killing Candida and God knows what else.
Can't wait for this to be over with and settle down.
Thanks everyone for all of your support. I know I post some funky stuff, but it's there and these kind of posts help many.

Yes, spinning vertigo can result from any type of die off, mostly from the metals being stirred up along with the bugs.
