Been trying to figure out where digestive and systemic enzymes come into play. Have been thinking about trying enzymes lately but someone brought it to my attention that bromelain can't be taken if someone has liver issues. That makes me wonder what else needs to be taken into consideration when choosing enzymes.
I've been wanting to try them b/c I feel like a have poor circulation in my feet so am thinking I have hypercoagulation issues but don't want to cause any other problems. I had no idea that bromelain shouldn't be taken if there are liver problems so I don't want to take anything without first knowing the risks.

I hadn't heard bromine shouldn't be taken if liver problems...can you give more info on that?
For circulation i would look into the same types of enzymes used on biofilms. I think protease is one... these also work to thin out the blood and help circulation.
