Who out there uses it, for what, in what form and how much? Where is best to get it? Thanks in advance for input!

Good for herxes and stomachaches.

Take 2 hrs away from meds. I have the KAL brand.

Dr. recommended charcoal for herx today, that's why I'm asking. Is this common OTC stuff, mail order? (I was distracted by son's appt. and forgot to ask.

I love activated charcoal. You can buy it at any health foods store. The brand I use is Jarrow. Also, there are no side effects from taking it.

It binds the toxins, but it also binds meds and supplements, so take it three hours after meds/supplements or one hour before abx and supplements.

It may cause some constipation, so it is important to also take more magnesium or some kind of product at night to make sure your system cleans it all out. I use Oxy-Powder and it works great. It also helps rid the toxins.
