I have had huge problems with breathing and asthma . I also have had struggls with costochondritis and nasty pain in the sternum area . Fortunatly I have found a supplement that is making a big difference - Orega Max OR a sub made by Vitamin Shoppe ( oregano extract 1.75 volatile oils .
In desperation I searched reviews at iherb and amazon and was impressed by reviews of oregamax for lung health . There were many who posted great results with sinus and bronchitis and asthma, so I bought some ( bought the vitamin shoppe brand of same product ) and gave it a try . I am breathing NORMALLY . Personally I think some of these lung problems are fungal , like sinus problems. I have been amazed at the improvement in breathing and wanted to share . This product makes a big difference , and I have not hada bout of costo either since taking it , which seems wonderful . Oregano ( vulgare ) is a strong antifungal and antibacterial substance .

Hope others will try and post if they start breathing better also . I feel thankful to have found it !

I am taking 3 capsules daily ( once ) with food . It does not cause a herx for me , but the help with breathing is GREAT!!! I used to live on mucinex and asthma meds , and am using them much less !
You could probably take more than I am safely , but this is helping with 3 capsules once daily . I might take it two times daily if I were really bad off .

I am now purchasing the vitamin shoppe knock off of oregamax ( oregano extract 1.75 oils standardized ) but oregamax can be purchased reasonably at iherb or vitacost - probably amazon . I am so thankful for this product !

I also was taking another product called clear lungs ( amazon ) that is herbal and great for asthma or breathing ( no side effects either ) .
However, I am not needing it anymore with this oregano . I will also add the oregamax or VS brand oregano extract have no side effects and no stomach irritation or jitteriness . These are strong antifungals and also great for sinus problems or bronchitis.
I am also taking sinu orega spray 2 x daily in nostrils and I think this is a great product , but is strong and can sting a bit . However , it works better tan anything I have ever tried !

I have struggled terribly with breathing and these are life savers for me . hope it helps someone else ! I feel no air hunger if I take the oregano .
