15 twice a day. Going slowly is key, IMO.

I think some doctors who prescribe the Byron WHite formulas don't know you need to start out with small dose like 1or 2 drops and build up to 15 2x a day. It's too bad. That company is giving a free class March 13th so if you want to know more about how to take the formulas I would go their website and sign up for the teleconference they are giving just for patients.

Your doctor should be giving you a detox formula with the other stuff to help with die off. THey should do their homework. But if they don't we will. I'm attending the conference March 13th to make sure I'm doing all I can do and correctly!

The recommended starting dose is 1/3 of a drop according to my LLMD - then a very slow titration up. My LLMD always gives BW detox along with any of the tinctures.

Is there any EVIDENCE that this protocol is worth the money or even effective ? How do we know it is any better than the myriad of other things that do not really make you well ?

Depends on what you mean by "evidence". Are you looking for scientifc published research? I do not know of any, but there may be some out there.
I am my own case study. When I add the BW's I do my best to control any confounding variables so as to get a better understanding if my reaction to the herbs is just that - a reaction to the herbs - or a reaction to something else.
So hard to say if they help because I do not have a control. Would I be worse off of them then I am on them? Without a control to compare it to I cannot answer that question.
When you have been sick for a long time you will try almost anything to get your life back. For me, the jury is still out on if the B.W. herbs are helping me in the long term.

I know they work because they are working on me. That's all I need to know scientifically. I've taken antibiotics for things and only gotten sicker. Plus if you do a little internet search you will find that lots of people are taking them and are very happy with the results. If MDs are prescribing them you know there is something to it since they are more skeptical than me even.
