- As other state, indeed. There may be exceptions that your doctor can discuss with you but, generally, separate each category by a couple hours both clock directions:

Supplements (usually best with food, as they are food and mix better with food, even just a snack as many Rx need to be taken with a full meal. B-3, niacin, requires a substantial snack, though)
