Has anyone had Leap MRT testing done? If not you may want to think about doing it. http://restoreyourhealth.org/uploads/MRT-TechSheet.pdf

I just received my results in the mail and I was a little surprised to find some of the foods I consume regularly I was reactive to. What will happen now is I will meet with my nutritionist to develop a food plan for 2 wks. during that time only those specific foods can be eaten. This is usually made up of the foods your body showed no reaction to.

Over time more foods will be introduced. What's important to remember is only the foods that were tested are your "safe" foods. It's basically your own personal antiinflammatory diet.
