I found this article interesting considering I recently went through a similar experience. I was horrified when I discoveredwhat appeared to be seeds throughout my stool. Also, extended release capsules can cause tiny white "egg" looking things that can be mistaken for parasites eggs.

Sometimes a sesame seed is just a sesame seed! Plant fibers can look like worms, too. You can't always assume it's a parasite. It is a good idea to take anti-parasite herbs, though.
I did expel alot of stuff that wasn't food related. I felt awful while it was happening, too. I'm glad I got it out. I never would have imagined I had parasites.
