I have a PA wanting to give me Estratest, but it really is an anaerobic steroid....
I won't take it. Just doing Progesterone cream, compound pharm. strength.
What kind do you take Lymetoo?

Yes, but only use the compounded bio-identical cream not the pharmaceutical stuff.

Idaho Blue Spruce essential oil may do similar kinds of stuff. An informal research study showed improvements for both women and men using the essential oil...improvements in energy, sleep, etc.

Does one need a prescription for the compounded testosterone cream? I know I can get it, but just wondering.

Yes you do. An integrative doctor or a naturopath is usually the kind of doctor who will prescribe it.

My reg. gyn in AZ prescribed my progesterone cream from a compound pharmacy. She's great! We're going to try more things, so will ask her for this too. Thanks for the info everyone! The PA I saw was a local small town gal that is ignorant to bio identical things.
I'm finding that a lot of the night sweats and sweating in general might not be totally from this dumb babesia/protozoan, etc.
Getting hormones in check is helping a lot!! Should have been 'over' this stupid hot flashes a long time ago.
