Last Friday tooth 18, 19 and 20 was pulled along with bone grafting for those teeth and two teeth on lower right side.

Pain has been fairly significant.

For those who have had bone grafting, how did you recover Post Op?

Any Dentists around that have experience with this?

Sorry to hear you're in pain. This is tough stuff.

Why did you have the teeth pulled ? Were they old root canals?

Just throwing out some common bone remedies:

Homeopathic Eupatorium perfoliatum
"Known as "Bone-set"....Bone-pains, general and severe. Soreness. "
http://abchomeopathy.com/r.php/Eup-per

Typical homeopathic dosing method:
Low potencies work best for this remedy, like a 6c or 6x, three times daily. Space out doses with improvement. If no change in a few of days I would consider a different remedy.

Homeopathic Arnica montana
http://abchomeopathy.com/r.php/Arn

"...injuries, falls, blows, contusions.
It is especially suited to cases when any injury, however remote, seems to have caused the present trouble. After traumatic injuries....body ache as if beaten;... black and blue spots...Sore, lame, bruised feeling... Rheumatism of muscular and tendinous tissue, especially of back and shoulders...

Homeopathic Symphytum Officinale
http://abchomeopathy.com/r.php/Symph

"The root contains a crystalline solid, that stimulates the growth of epithelium on ulcerated surfaces. Injuries to sinews, tendons and the periosteum. Acts on joints generally. Neuralgia of knee.
Of great use in wounds penetrating to periosteum and bones, And in non-union of fractures; irritable stump after amputation, irritable bone at point of fracture. Pricking pain and soreness of periosteum."
