Yesterday I've been for a long walk directly after taking IV-Treatment. And it seemed to enhance the effectiveness of the antibiotic.
Is that possible? Could the increased blood circulation support the impact of the AB?

- Yes. The increased circulation is good in many ways. And, it gives us the world to enjoy with a new scene every few steps in the great outdoors.
It seems that it did not wear you out or clobber you,
(or I assume you might have said but "impact from the antibiotics" - if you are experiencing too harsh of a herxheimer effect, some of that could be from a little too much exertion).
Just be careful to not overdo it if you feel "hit" later by it.
Sometimes with a walk, we may feel great all jazzed up and then - poof! - get a distance away only to require the services of all neighborhood or wild dogs from the woods to pull us home.
Adrenal support is important to help with consistent endurance and to help avoid any "payback".
It is an excellent idea to move (even if we don't call it exercise) after an IV and at various times so that blood can circulate -- and it helps the body also "move out the trash" so to speak, helps all body systems.
Even Tai Chi or Qi Gong (slow movement) can have good benefits. It need not be fast. Do what you enjoy. Walking out of doors is great, though, anytime you can be out in nature has multiple benefits. -
