I keep spilling things, knocking them over, dropping and breaking things. Tired of this. I know it is because my muscles are wasted and reflexes slow, but it is very tiresome.

So today I dropped a full thermos on the kitchen floor and broke the stopper. It just slipped thru my hands.

So sorry. I still do that too on my bad days, and did it all the time when I was in really bad shape. These days, I can often tell what kind of shape I'm in by how clumsy I am, how tired I am, and whether I need my glasses all day (vs just for reading, driving, etc.)

I'm bad about this. I stumble and trip. I'm a klutz... it's much worse at night.

Hi <<<<< Poppy >>>>>,
Another clumsy klutzy one here, I think the illness makes us so tired, and fighting inflammations too.
I try to laugh about my clumsiness but some days I get annoyed enough to get mad. That prolly makes it worse.
Yesterday, I dropped my supplements all over, got them all picked up, spilled part of my supper, and while trying to clean it up, dropped my fork on the floor. I was just really frustrated by it all.
TxCoord has bad days, with dropping things, and being clumsy too, I worry when he is cooking/ prepping food as he has cut himself a couple times.
Sometimes I could swear that I've tripped over non existent lint, I look down and their is nothing there.
Sorry you're having some rough days... you're in my tho'ts.
