Just a thought - Do you need to supplement with calcium? If the long bones in your legs (tibula and fibula) ache then you have a calcium deficiency.

You could try magnesium.
I had this thing happen the past couple days where my neck and the bottom of my jaw were killing me -- I mean my whole neck, not just the back -- all the way up and down from my jaw to my collarbones.
The only thing that helped was a ton of magnesium right on the spot. I realized that's where my Lyme is so that's where it's eating the magnesium from. Maybe it's actually muscular? Try a magnesium water rinse?
