I have 24/7 head pain, tachycardia (resting HR is 110, stnading is 140+ always) massive brain fog, dizziness, vertigo, fatigue that has been going on for over a year now with no change.
I have been in treatment for two months now, 1 month of orals and now one month of IV - so far no improvements, but I don't want to give up hope yet. Hopefully someone will post here with different news than I have.
But at least you know there are others with the same symptoms as you.

Yes these things can go away with treatment, hopefully.
It sounds like you have Neurally Mediated Hypotension. The symptoms are dizziness, fast heart rate and can include low blood pressure when standing.
Check out my website, i have a bunch of links about this.
You need a Tilt table test with isuprel challenge done by a cardiologist.
The condition can be Lyme disease induced, and treated with antibiotics.

Yes, after months of not experiencing these symptoms, I am appartently having a relapse of some sort. Dizziness, vertigo, and heart pounding are among the dominant symptoms. I notice that if I close my eyes while standing, I lose all sense of balance, and start swaying back and forth! Strange....and I'm hoping that this will all go away!!

I am waiting for clindamycin from Canada to come in due to costs. (not insured) Waiting to do the quinine/clindamycin combo. (For cost reasons only...otherwise I would be doing different combos)
I have been grabbing at anything natural I can find.
you would need very specific antimalarial meds for that...
racing heart, or palps, or chest pain, the next person mentioned vertigo or dizziness, headaches, heart pounding, brain fog... these are all sytmoms of what cuold be the coinfection babesia.
i would further discuss these exact sytmoms with my llmd.
just my humble opinion here, the little 'coinfection bunny' hopping around this site spreading coinfection cheer!!

Mine calmed down without treatment as I didn't have any dx yet. This would happen and cause exteme anixeity and fast heart rate, but low blood pressure with me but I felt like I could have a stroke.
My doc offered zanaz but I didn't take it but have heard this does help some with the heart rate thing, you might want to check it out.

Bingo! I am and other people are anemic.
I usually avoid beef, but since Lyme Disease, I must be getting anemia like others. Anemia can be caused by bacterial infections which Lyme Disease is.
Beef, Beef Liver, Chicken Liver, Black Strap Molasses are are high in iron, so I will target these until I get well.
Have you had a cardiac workup? Mitral Valve prolapse is common with lyme, esp in women and can it cause all these symptoms. Some take medications to help control the sx but my dr says he'd rather just see if it gets better with Lyme treatment. (these sx did get a bit better on Mepron which targets babesia) Also, you may have low blood volume - drinking more water and increasing salt intake may help.
I also had plenty of dizziness during the herxing....and guess what? My headaches disappeared after babs treatment! So you have that to look forward to!
Many people do NOT test positive for babesia, so you may want to insist on TREATMENT regardless of test results.

Now I am starting to get some of those old pounding heart symptoms back again. I was only treated for babesia for 6 weeks and I've heard it can take awhile to get rid of it. So I'm beginning to wonder if it's back (or was never gone to begin with).
You really should be tested for co-infections like Babesia just to be sure.
