Hi there ,
You seem to be the magnesium expert. I just started abx a week ago. I have most of my supplements in place but I am not sure about the Mg. I have purchased Mg - Tab SR from Niche as Dr. B reccomends in his guidelines. Do I take it with food or withoout? How many a day? Should I take it with my dose of ABX or at a differnt time.
Thanks in advance for the avice,
robi

Geeeeeeeze...

Mg Tab SR. SR stands for SLOW RELEASE! It stays IN YOUR SYSTEM and is there the same time the abx. are. This is NOT BAD.

The abx. work for many hours...many. They peak and then have what's called a "half life"...when they start to decrease in effectiveness.

The Romanians gave abx. WHILE BRINGING THE Mg levels back to normal and maintained them until the infection was gone.

This is the combo...not unlike garlic...which contains selenium (++) and sulfur (--)plus other ingredients.

Why? It takes a LOT of acids with a little mineral to make hydrogen.

Hydrogen is one of the things that INACTIVATES PFK, which Bb is dependent on.

We gotta make a LOT of hydrogen and we gotta get it INTO the cells to heal.

The % drop in Mg levels indicated in the recent abstract from Romania blew me away. Our levels drop very, very significantly.

Please don't take my post the wrong way.

I'm just upset that docs say not to take Mg with abx. and then order slow release.

It doesn't make the abx. less effective. On the contrary, it makes them more effective...if you look at the Romanian abstract.

We tend to prescribe only the -- charged things...radiation therapy, chemotherapy, abx....which further depletes our minerals and vitamins.

Balance. It's all about restoring the balance.
